Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 21 days from your original shipment date. Please note that the original shipping charges are not refundable. Should you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items please contact us within 5 days of delivery date, also please return it to us within 21 days from the date your order was shipped. Asoph.com does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return. Returns are processed within 5- 7 business days after your items are received at our warehouse. Due to the rapid turn over, Asoph do not offer exchange. Please check our return procedures. Lost package claims must be made within 10 days from the expected delivery date. If you exceed 10 days, we could not start a claim with carrier and we are not responsible for the package.



Return Conditions
All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. We will not accept the return if there is a sign of wear such as stains, make up and deodorant.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR STORE CREDIT:
  • • All accessories including jewelry, bags, scarves, beauty/cosmetics are Final Sale.
  • • Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, shapewear and undergarments are Final Sale.

Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for exchange or credits.



How to Return
If you have made the purchase as a registered user:
Sign-in to your account and go to order history page under My Account. You can request a return on the order detail page. Please include your return on the original invoice in the package.

If you have made your purchase as a guest:
Request a return by clicking My orders and find your order with order number and billing zip code you use. You can request a return on your order detail page. Please include your return on the original invoice in the package.

If you do not have access to use computer, please complete a return request form on the original invoice and include it on your return package. If return form is not filled out correctly or missing, there will be delays in processing. Also, keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not responsible for return packages that are stolen or lost in transit.
