Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1~3 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. Priority and Express shipping cut off time is 11 AM PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Priority and Express orders placed after 11 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the next business day.

*Due to the high volume of orders during holiday season you may experience extended processing time up to 7 business days.

Asoph.com offers free standard ground shipping on orders over $50, excluding taxes, shipping charges and any other offers or adjustments. This offer is valid in 48 continental U.S. but not valid in Alaska, Hawaii and all other U.S. Territories. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO.

For orders over $100, package will be sent with Signature Required. If a signature is unobtainable and package is returned to us, shipping charges will be charged to the customers. If we were unable to process your order due to inaccurate, invalid or incomplete information, your order processing maybe delayed for additional days. Asoph.com has partnered with a trusted third party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Please note that international checkout coordinates your asoph.com order and is responsible for all billing, shipping and customer service issues related to your international orders.

How It Works

- Click “INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT” button in the shopping cart.
- You will be brought into International Checkout’s website, where you can provide your billing and shipping address, along with your payment method.
- International Checkout will provide your order number, Shipping status and tracking number.
- Asoph.com will ship your order to International Checkout’s shipping depot. Then they will process your order and shipped onto your international destination.
